Elections were held at the June Business Meeting for the Society on June 5th. We had a record showing of members attend to cast their votes and it was the closest race that current Vice President and founding member Bill Alexander had ever seen! We had a great two days this past weekend with our Summer 2014 Open House & Train Show! The HO display inside was running smoothly with some members running multiple trains at once, while the G&O out back sparkled in the sunshine. I want to thank everyone who helped make Sunday night\’s Halloween show a spooky smashing success. The HO and G&O displays put on a great show. This was our first Halloween and night show. Yesterday\’s open house was a great success. I want to thank everyone who participated in the event. We had about 50 BAGRS visitors and another 25 people who learned about the open house from newspaper or internet sources.
