Today we had two booths at the Girl Scouts 100th anniversary celebration, which was held at the Alameda Country Fairgrounds. We had one booth for the depot, with a small O scale display running trains and a cable car project; in the second booth we had the Operation Lifesaver booth to promote railroad safety.
The traffic was very good at the two booths, especially from two little boys in particular (future members I am sure).
