Work has been continuing at a feverish pace in the area of the HO display representing San Leandro. The building representing the Del Monte fruit packing plant have been installed with only detailing and lighting left to complete. A backdrop has been installed to tie the entire scene together, and painting is continuing on the rest of the backdrop in that area. Come down and visit to see the progress, it has been changing weekly.
In the back yard work has been continuing on the G&O. The major bridges in the “Grand Canyon” have all been installed with just final detail work left to complete. Work is beginning on the O scale portion of the display with the removal of the temporary track.
